No more broken Walk/Don't Walk Signs. While the wall is not a physical barrier it'll let even the dumbest Joe Schmoe know not to drive. Although they should make it if the car bumps the barricade is cuts off the engine just to give the pedestrian a little more safety, cause I know I ain't the only one that doesn't stop at the white line.
