It's funny I was just listening to some songs and it just so happened that they played: Rhianna - Stop The Music, Jordin Sparks - No Air back-to-back. After listening I immediately said to myself let me find out who mixed both of these tracks because well it was a job well done. It just so happened Phil Tan mixed both.
